If you answer yes to one or all of the questions, it is your responsibility to share your message, product or service with other people who are in desperate need of what you offer. Most people want to make a difference; they believe they came here to fulfill a mission that would make the world a better place. THE BOURNE LEGACY

The Bourne Legacy--Directed by Tony Gilroy/ starring Jeremy Renner, Edward Norton and Rachel Weisz/ screenplay written by Tony Gilroy and Dan Gilroy, from a story by Tony Gilroy/based on the character created by Robert Ludlum/rated PG-13/1hr 53mins Bifocal Review by Ageless1der, Barbara Rich & The Other Guy (B) If you have not seen the previous Bourne films, it will be a little difficult to retain all the scattered information. I like a challenge, but I don’t want to work too hard trying to figure what the heck is going on. I thought the performances were excellent. Jeremy Renner fit right into the mold of his character. This action film worked well for him. However, Rachel Weisz’s character lacked some conviction. I have no experience in government or secret agent tactics, but it would seem that Rachel’s character should have been more aware, or at least suspect of what might be going on. I would like to have seen more chemistry between Renner and Weisz. Bourne Legacy was a power packed action-film, nothing lacking there. The guys out there will love this movie. The gals will love Jeremy Renner. All the characters were well played. I give Legacy three binoculars. (OG) I love Matt Damon, so I kind of miss him (even though they did refer to Bourne several times and showed his picture on a computer screen). On the other hand, I think that Renner has finally found a franchise that suits his character. I also like the fact that the character created by Robert Ludlum has spawned a new generation of characters, rather than trying to redo-recreate-repackage the same old storyline. With this new creation we have the opportunity for bringing together the old and the new, as Jason Bourne and Aaron Cross (Damon and Renner I presume have these characters locked up) can come together or stay apart multiplying the options by three for future films. In addition, I appreciated that this film was more than just a crash-n-chase movie, as the nail-biting action was kept to a minimum until well into the second half of the film. It was not much more than I expected, but it was different and for that I give The Bourne Legacy three binoculars as well.
